After a 20 year career in business operations, marketing and communications I can say without hesitation the force behind why I do what I do is my drive for positive connections and working collaboratively.
Business Operations is a term used to define a broad range of activities. In essence, it’s everything a business does day to day to keep things ticking over smoothly and making/saving money. The actual activities to make that happen will differ from one business to the next – however the one constant should be the passion to create team engagement that delivers positive results. And that’s what makes me tick!
I might be in the background, but I am here to create purposeful efficiencies that make a difference to the Clinic Mastery member experience, team and community.
Let’s not limit ourselves to what we think can be done. Let’s challenge ourselves to make an impact.
Effective systems and processes play a significant role in building a successful business. By incorporating them into our workday routine they help to improve overall efficiency. Simply put, they make life easier, provide consistency and empower the team to innovate rather than being bogged down in mundane and repetitive tasks.
Having worked with Podiatrists from 2013 – 2021 in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, I am a firm believer in the quality of care and treatment a multi-disciplinary patient approach can give. It is essential!
